Paintings in ‘The Tack Room’, National Horseracing Museum, Newmarket.

I was pleased to meet the proprietor of The Tack Room, the very popular café and restaurant at the National Horseracing  Museum, Paul Winchester, last year,  at Fakenham Races.

Paul came to look at my work in the small exhibition space I have there, he liked it, and invited me to use his café walls to exhibit some of my work.

It’s a really ‘buzzy’ food-stop, always lots of people in there from the town, as well as visitors to the museum.

It’s been a great venue for me, we have sold a lot of prints and a couple of paintings. Paul and his staff have been great, always interested in what I am bringing in, so a big thank you to them for the opportunity.

With my book ‘Upsides’ on sale in the shop too, it’s great to feel that we have a real ‘presence’ in such an iconic location.
