04 Jun Ladies Day’ at Fakenham Races

Another great success of a race-day by David Hunter and his team, they are just the people to get racing to appeal to a wider audience. It was a lovely sunny day, with the girls turning out in their finery, beautiful ladies and beautiful horses in the sun, special.

I met some lovely ladies from America who purchased some paintings to take back.  I really recommend a day at the races at Fakenham. Its intimacy allows the race-goer  to get really close to the horses, the paddock and the track. This all makes for a real taste of what racing is about, something you just can’t get from watching it on television.
